A round the clock welcome - with our self check-in system
You will find our check-in console in our lobby. You need the following to check in this way: Your reservation number, passport or identity card, your debit or credit card. Or you can easily check in using your mobile phone.
Self check-in at the hotel’s console
Step 1
Select your language (DE, EN, FR).
Step 2
Click on “Start now” and identify yourself with your registration number and family name. You received your registration number in the email confirming your booking. Follow the step by step instructions on the screen.
Step 3
Please note that you can only pay by a credit or debit card (3D Secure).
Step 4
Encode your room keycard: Take a room key card and hold it in front of the black encoder. If the light on the encoder shows green, the card has been successfully encoded and you can use it to open your room.
Self check-In using your mobile phone
Step 1
Connect with our free WLAN “kommod”. No password necessary.
Step 2
Clink on this link > Open check-in
Step 3
Click on “My reservations” and identify yourself with your reservation number and your family name to start or complete the check-in.
Step 4
After completion of the check-in you can use the function “Digital key” to open your room door, the hotel door and the garage door. Your room number is displayed at the end of the check-in process.
